Audi Hungaria Zrt. is one of the largest companies and exporters in Hungary. Its predecessor name was Audi Hungaria Motor Kft. and the company has been incorporated in 1993. In the end of 2016 it transferred under a new name - Audi Hungaria Zrt. It operates a factory in the city of Győr and produces a major part of the engines of the Audi Group. The company produces engines also for Volkswagen, Seat and Skoda. The world’s only Audi TT sport car is assembled entirely in the Factory in Győr; it's production has begun in 1998. The Audi A3 Sedan is one of the newest products of the Hungarian factory and is the first Audi to be completely produced in Hungary. The new Audi A3 Cabriolet is produced at Audi Hungaria Kft. as well. The investments in infrastructure, buildings and production equipment of Audi Hungaria Motor Ltd. in Hungary exceed €900 million.
