A significant milestone in the production and offer expansion strategy of Prinzhorn Group was the foundation of Hamburger Hungaria Ltd. The main goal of the establishment of the new company was carrying on for long term the paper production activity of Dunapack Ltd., which is member of the same company group.
The new firm means new name, new design, partly new mill, new paper machine and a quantum jump regarding product quality, product range and services for the satisfaction of our partners.
This improvement is due to PM7, starting its operation in July 2009, the first high-tech paper machine in CEE that produces 100% recycled brown lightweight containerboard from 70 g/m2 up. Also the PM3 got from Dunapack to Hamburger Containerboard Division in December 2009, the name of the new company is Hamburger Dunaújváros Ltd.
The other important key feature of the superior quality package is the development and expansion of a full service circle, such as technical customer service, logistics, and finance.
