Henkel Magyarorszag Operations Kft. is Hungarian company, subsidiary of the Vienna-based Henkel Central Eastern Europe. The company has been incorporated in 1987, the first one in the group in the Central-Eastern European region. Henkel operates in three strategic business areas: detergents and household cleaners, cosmetics, as well as adhesives, sealants and surface treatment. Henkel Hungary Ltd. produces in two factories in Hungary - in the Körösladány plant, Henkel manufactures detergents and household cleaning products and in in the Komárom-Esztergom county’s Környe, is manufacturing water-based and electronic adhesives. Henkel’s main task is to supply the markets of neighboring countries, but its products are getting into a total of 33 countries. Henkel is the market leader in Hungary in the area of detergents, hair cosmetics products, adhesives and surface technologies.
