KÉSZ Group is one of the most significant building industry players in Hungary and the Central European region, executing the most varied investments and constructions. Following initial steps taken in the 90s, the company group now commands a considerable real estate portfolio. Based on this property, we previously established a business branch for real estate development, facility management and operation, and these activities have continued to strengthen within KÉSZ.
A good indication of its key strategic role in the company Group is that, with the formation of the holding structure, a completely independent subsidiary was established for the promotion of this activity, first under the name of KÉSZ-FM and later as KÉSZ Ingatlanfejlesztő és Üzemeletető Kft.. From 2008, this company dealing with development and comprehensive asset management is decidedly one of the main pillars of the newly organised Holding.
The goal of the company is to provide a service which will accompany a project from the idea of erecting a construction all the way through to turn-key delivery, and after it is put into use, to ensure smooth and optimal running of the property for the owner, and in addition to provide such constant and high standard technical operation that results in preservation of the value of the property.
In order to monitor operational activities, as well as maintain trouble-free contact between customers and service providers, KÉSZ Ingatlan Kft. has developed its own monitoring system. With the help of this, the efficiency of operation can be continually tracked.
