Since it's foundation in 1948 MASPED First Hungarian General Forwarding Co. Ltd. (MASPED Első Magyar Általános Szállítmányozási Zrt.) has been one of the leading freight forwarder companies of Hungary and the Central-European region. The MASPED group consists of partly by the subsidiaries established by the MASPED Zrt. and partly of companies – earlier operating within the MASPED - that were established by outsourcing the freight forwarding branch into an independent company. MASPED group deals with railway, airborne, road, maritime, fluvial container forwarding, logistics and customs service, warehousing, shipment insurance, insurance consulting, forwarding of international fair and exhibition goods, heavy machine moving and provides financial and operative leasing – mostly vehicle leasing - for its partners.
