Közgazdasági és Jogi Kiadó founded in 1955 and Kerszöv Computer Kft. in 1993., their merger was in 1998 with the name KJK-Kerszöv Jogi és Üzleti Kiadó Kft. which finally was renamed in 2006 Complex Kiadó Kft.
The owner is Wolters Kluwer dutch located international publisher company. The corporation employs more than 140 people.
The company's most popular products are the Complex Collection of Laws which is Hungary's biggest legal information systems, databases. Today, Complex is Hungary's biggest professional publisher, its revenue reaches the six billion HUF.
