Bank Digital BCA, PT (Indonesia)

PT Bank Digital BCA (the Bank), formerly known as PT Bank Royal Indonesia, was established on October 25, 1965 under the name of PT Bank Rakjat Parahyangan domiciled in Bandung, Ciparay. On August 21, 1982, the Bank's name has changed to PT Bank Pasar Rakyat Parahyangan. On January 8, 1990, the Bank's status has been improved to a commercial bank and changed its name to PT Bank Royal Indonesia, domiciled in Jakarta. The Bank attained its license as a foreign exchange trader from Bank Indonesia (currently known as Financial Services Authority) in 1997. The Bank's main activity is to carry out banking business, office in Central Jakarta, has 1 main branch office in Surabaya and 6 sub-branch offices in Lautze, Mangga Dua, Hayam Wuruk, Kelapa Gading, Tangerang and Tanah Abang, all are in Jakarta and Greater Jakarta area. On October 31, 2019, all of the Bank's shares ownership was acquired by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk and PT BCA Finance, so that the Bank's name changed from PT Bank Royal Indonesia to PT Bank Digital BCA. As of December 31, 2019, the Bank employed 103 contract workers.
