According to plan the project would be completed in early 2009. Unfortunately, due to some problems, such as financial problem, the project was stopped. In mid 2008, the project was rebuilt, yet with different concept, name, and architectures. The project was then called KUNINGAN CITY (KC) project, which consists of lifestyle entertainment center, residential tower, and office tower.
