(2) Debt and derivative division cover activity as broker and fixed income trader. (3) Corporate finance division, to conduct underwriting activities for equity securities (stock) or debt securities (bonds). (4) Risk management division, obligates to anticipate by analyzing several major risk factors which effecting company's performance. (5) Finance and operational division, is a division that supports company's other divisions activities.
