2008
The Company was founded as a brokerage firm
2009
The Company purchased the 1st ship, NMS adventurer.
2013
The Company took delivery of 4 new vessels, namely Crew Boat named NMS Accomplish , NMS Achieve , NMS Accelerate, and NMS Advance.
2015-2016
The Company took delivery of 1 new AHTS vessel, NMS Bravery, NMS Brilliance.
2017
The Company had the opportunity to convert the Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) into a Dual Source Seismic Gun Boat and support BGP with a total of 7 vessels, breaking the world record for the largest seismic operation.
2018
The Company gets the opportunity to convert AHTS into Node Handling Gun Boat for seismic operations.
2019
The Company took delivery of Azimuth Anchor Handling Tug, NMS Sapphire. NMS obtained ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 certification from Bureau Veritas.
2020
The Company was awarded its first Oil Barge + Tug contract to store crude oil by EMP Malacca Strait.
2022
The Company was engaged by an international salvor to assist a grounded bulk carrier. It was the Company s first major salvage contract and was successfully completed within 2 months.
2023
The Company s position is strengthening in terms of providing oil barges and salvage services. This is proven by the Company being involved again for 2 salvage projects, and the addition of 3 oil barge rental units as a continuation of the contract obtained in 2020.
2024
Adjustment of KBLI in Article 3 of the Company s Articles of Association, Change of the Company s name from PT Newport Marine Services to PT Newport Marine Services Tbk, and the Company s shareholders determine and confirm Sujaya Soekarno Putra, Surya Soekarno Putra and Mrs Dharmawati Djuhana as the Company s Controlling Parties.
