- PT Rukun Raharja acquired 100 of the shares of PT DSME ENR Cepu and renamed it Raharja Energi Cepu.
2022
- PT Raharja Energi Tanjung Jabung (RETJ) was established and legalized.
2023
- PT Raharja Energi Tanjung Jabung officially acquired an 8 participating interest in the Jabung Block.
2024
- January 4, Rukun Raharja (RAJA) officially acquires shares in the Jabung Block, Jambi
- July 9, new record, raja posts a profit of usd 27 million for the 2023 fiscal year
- August 9, Cepu block oil production begins: infill clastic well produces 13,000 Barrels per day
- October 2, Rukun Raharja enters the upstream oil and gas business through the acquisition of DSME Cepu
2025
- listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on January 8 with RATU as ticker symbol.
