Deepak Spinners Ltd (DSL) is a well-established textile company located in Chandigarh, India. The company was founded in 1986 and initially operated with 12,000 spindles and a dye house in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. In 1988, DSL expanded its product range by starting the manufacturing of acrylic yarn. In 1991, the company established a second unit in Guna, Madhya Pradesh with an initial capacity of 8,000 spindles. DSL received the status of an export house in 1993 and subsequently expanded its production capacities. Over the years, the company has undertaken modernization and expansion projects, adding more spindles to its units in Baddi and Guna. Presently, DSL operates a total of 90,864 spindles across both units, along with a fiber dyeing plant. DSL specializes in producing yarn made from synthetic fibers such as polyester, viscose, acrylic, and blends thereof. The company's in-house fiber dyeing plant allows for the production of a wide range of colors and shades to meet various requirements. DSL offers products including 100% polyester, 100% acrylic, 100% viscose, polyester viscose blends, polyester acrylic blends, carpet pile yarns, trilobal/polyester blends, and high bulk acrylic yarns. DSL has become a leading yarn manufacturer in the market since its establishment in 1986. The company exports its products to countries such as Syria, the Middle East, Turkey, Belgium, and the USA, in addition to serving the domestic market.
