Under the leadership of Mr. Vipul P Shah, the second generation of promoters, the company experienced significant growth. It ventured into the pigments segment, becoming a holistic dyes and pigments company. In 1995, Vipul Organics went public and is now listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
