The bank aims according to the establishment contract to mobilize the resources and employ it in the investment field and which does not contradict the lslamic sharia principles and realizes halal profit for the shareholders, and to participate with other banks in supporting economic and social progress and development of the country. The bank was established in the year 2022, as an lraqi private shareholding company according to the Companies Law no. 21 for the year 1997 amended, according to the incorporation certificate issued by the Department of Companies Registration. Its headquarter is in Baghdad/Al-Jadiriya - near the building of the Central Bank of lraq. The bank was listed on the Iraq Stock Market's OTC market on October 24, 2024.
