The Main Activity of the company is manufacturing Aluminum products including Aluminium Conductors Steel Reinforced (ACSR) and Aluminium Profiles In order to produce and supply various types of metal products and any machinery.
The Company was established as Joint Stock Company and registered under a registration number 11477 on 16 May 1967.
The Company changed its legal form to Private Joint Stock Company on 15 May 1971
The Company changed its legal form to be Public Joint Stock Company on 9 November 1975.
The Company was listed in Tehran Stock Exchange on 9 November 1975.
The Company was delisted from Tehran Stock Exchange on 8 May 2013.
The Company was listed in Iran Fara Bourse Base on 25 May 2013.
Throughout these past years of production, Alumtek has managed to conform with country's great demand for ACSR (high, medium and low voltage) created by numerous electrification projects (power plants, sub – stations, power transmission lines etc. …) by increasing production capabilities, improving quality system, diversifying production lines and adopting quality assurance policies and modern technology.
The company has constantly strived towards supplying the highest quality of ACSR to be used in implementing power transmission line projects locally and internationally. During past 30 years of progress, The company has invested in the most modern and unique state of art facilities and have explored the latest technology.
The company is emphasizing on supply of good quality materials through total productivity and optimization as supported technically and promoting our production capabilities and up – sating our R D and QC (materials Lab.) sectors in our plants.
The company is concentrating on manufacturing ACSR according to the well known international standards such as; ASTM, BS, DIN, JIS, CSA,… thus placing extensive emphasis on good quality and on time delivery, while meeting with customer's specifications.
in the company Plants in Ghazvin, also manufacture all kinds of extruded aluminium profiles for building and window applications, as well as Busbars (in tubular, strip and band forms) for power distribution purposes. The busbars are fabricated from high conductivity aluminum billets and are air insulated.
