On 16 December 2013 the Company changed its name to be Maskan Alvand Investment private Joint stock Company and also changed it s Registration number to be 20051 on 5 January 2014.
On 10 November 2015 the Company changed its legal form to be Public Joint stock Company.
The Company was listed in Iran Fara Bourse on 27 February 2016.
