The Company started its activities on 20 October 1998.
The Company changed its legal form to be Public Joint Stock Company on 11 July 2002.
The Company changed its name to be Aras Saba Investment Company on 19 September 2004.
The Company was listed in IRAN FARA BOURSE on 30 April 2013.
The Company changed from the end of March each year to the end of December of each year.
The group includes Aras Saba Investment Company (a joint stock company) main company, Aras Saba Electricity Services Engineering Company (a joint stock company) and Arvand Trans Pars Company (a joint stock company) and its subsidiaries Niroo Transfo Company. Aras Saba Investment Company is registered as a joint stock company on 1377-28-07 under No. 144262 in the Tehran Industrial and Corporate Registration Office. Aras Saba Investment Company has been transformed into a public joint stock company based on the minutes of the extraordinary general meeting dated 20/4/1380. Company Headquarters, Tehran - Sayed Jamaleddin Asad Abadi Street - 11th Street - Farahani Pour Street - No. 12 - South Third Floor.
According to the Extraordinary General Assembly resolutions dated 31/6/1393 and license number 121/287527 dated 23/7/1393, the financial year of the company commenced on the first day of January of each year and on the 30th of December of the following year. Ends.
Main activity of the company
The subject of the Company s activity in accordance with Article 3 of the Statute is:
A. Establishing a company or investing in other companies outside or inside the stock exchange.
B- buying and selling shares outside or inside the securities exchange, as well as buying and selling bonds.
(C) Investment, establishment of sales, export and import of raw materials, parts and manufactured products, investments and any other activities permitted to achieve the objectives of the Company.
Company Activity Summary
A) Investment and establishment of factories producing all kinds of transformers
Since the company was established in 1998 with the aim of setting up and operating a transformer production plant and its parts, after changing the name and type of business to investment company, the main activity of the company is still investing and establishing transformer production plants. To this end, the company set up a new company called Aras Saba Electricity Services Engineering Company in Tehran and bought 100 shares of Niroo Transfo Manufacturing Company in Rasht and Arvand Trans Pars Company in Tehran.
Currently the company holds 100 of the shares of the following companies.
1- Niroo Transfo Manufacturing Company located in Rasht industrial city with a registered capital of 5,000,000,000 Rials, which is active in the production of all kinds of normal distribution transformers.
2- Arvand Trans Pars Company located in Shams Abad Industrial City, Tehran, with registered capital of 1,000,000,000 Rials, which specializes in producing all kinds of special transformers.
3- Aras Saba Electricity Service Engineering Company located on Karaj Special Road with a registered capital of 24,000,000,000 Rials, which provides services for all types of transformers.
(B) Investments in shares of all companies listed on the Stock Exchange and all types of investment activities in for-profit companies or investment funds and other securities in order to earn a profit for the company.
