The Company registed under registeration number 165469 on 6 August 2000.
The Address of The Company was Changed from Tehran to Bander Emam Khomeni under registration number 6494 on 7 May 2007.
The Company started it s activity on 21 March 2010.
The Company listed in Tehran stock Exchange on 10 March 2021.

The Company is situated in southern of Iran. It has been constructed at site 3 of Bandar Imam Petrochemical Special Economic Zone, on the northern coast of the Persian Gulf.
