The Company was Established as a Private Joint Stock Company on 11 October 2006, and was registered in the commercial registeration under number 8286.
The Company changed its legal form to be Public Joint Stock Cooperative on 11 March 2010.
The Company changed its legal form again to be Public Joint Stock on 7 January 2012.
The company was listed on Tehran stock exchange on 15 September 2020.
