Borna Battery Manufacturing Company was established in 1990 due to the severe shortage of car batteries in the country and under the conditions that there was only one national car battery manufacturer in the country, and it started to manufacture car batteries in 1994. Following the impressive reception of the consumers for the quality of the products produced by Borna Battery and simultaneously with the increase in the demand for batteries in the country, this company has continuously implemented the necessary measures and actions in the field of increasing the quantity and quality of its products and the variety of its products and in order to complete the production chain. Including battery plastic parts, lead plates, etc., several new production units were added to the previous units, and now Borna Battery factory complex has turned into a huge and valuable industrial complex of all kinds of car batteries in the country, which in addition to employing about 600 people directly, it has provided indirect employment conditions for more than 10,000 people who are in the supply chain of this complex. Borna Battery Production Company, while participating in the preparation of the national starter battery standard, is the first unit to receive Iran's national standard certificate in the field of car batteries in the country.
