Esteghlal Abadeh Fireclay Preparation And Manufacturing Company Public Joint Stock (Iran)

The Main Activities of the Company are Planning, Research and Geology, Technical Training, Drilling and well Digging and Groundwater Extraction
Equipping mines and associated factories, extracting, monitoring and exploiting mines and factories and refining and condensing and processing of materials.
The Company was Established in 5 December 2000 under name Esteghlal Sepahan Manufacturing Company then The company changed its name to be Esteghlal Abadeh fireclay preparation and manufacturing company on 12 March 2002 and register under registration number 525.
The Company changed its legal form to be a public joint stock company on 12 October 2006.
The Company was listed in Iran Fara Bours 27 October 2012.
The introduction of the mine of fire proof soil of Abadeh:
This mine with 52o and 42 m geographical length and 31o and 56 m geographical width, with about 15 km area is located in 218 km south east of Isfahan and 10 km of north east of Abadeh, that is surrounded by Zegros mountains from four angels and with production of more than 1 million ton in year is the biggest reserve of fire proof in the middle East.
Fire proof soil of this mine with the combination of fishery Hydro mica Pyrophility with Caolin is a kind of sedimentary soil that produced from demolition and altrasion of Granit and igneous rocks with fit assorting in puddle environments in the first period of geology (paleolozic from Don in period) and principle clods of this soil is pressed laminate or in thin layers. Increase the degree of fire proof of this soil is a bout 1040-1760oC arising silica about (50-63) and Oxide Aluminum about (23-31) .
This soil is very flexible and has a good plasisite (17 Etrburg) and neutral PH (6.48) and moisture of 10 with hard degree of 1 Mohes with 2.6 special weight. Iron oxide is flexible (1-24) in differend kinds of this soil. The increase of iron oxide causes the change of the color of fire proof soil from white to yellow-red and black (it depends on the kind of iron oxide) and also it causes the production of the heat degree of fire proof ness of this soil.
The other chemical mixtures of fire proof soil mine of Abadeh are oxides of MgO/CaO/TiO2/K2O-Na2O.
The exploration of Isteghlal mine of Abadeh is accomplished in 1359 till 1361 and for access to the mine sources of Isteghlal mine of Abadeh is about 1377m Teransheh and 5263m Sondaj and Coring in an area about 15.5km2.
The connecting ways of the mine is an asphalt road with 10 km length to Abadeh Town and it acts all the year instead of the times that it rains in the mine. The height of the mine from the level of the sea changes from 2220 to 2320m.
The weather of the mine is continental with hot and dry summer and some times it was reported about +40oC and -2oC in the winter.
The weather of extraction in this mine is Open pit that after waste removing is used as the heart of extraction 7 to 10m from Alovial with attention to the pattern of extraction in the extention mine matter and equivalent to fasten layer, a Kanal was dug that is used as a background. In this background, there are groups of people and they start. to extraction of the mine matter with searching stone method and they develop background to the safe step in the extraction method, at last after grinding operation and separating clod of background according to the kind of the fire pool soil, on the basis of percent of Iron Oxide of the fire proof soil, it is depo.
The production of fire proof soil have many different uses in different industries, such as Shamooty breaks, Patily breaks, Tile (Celleing – Wall – Granit – Electro Seramic insulator making – Seramic color – Seramic bulls – Glaze Electronic Click and Angob.

1- The introduction of Company:
The Company of fire proof soil production of Isteghlal Abadeh is established in 1379 with the goal of production of all kinds of fire proof soil that are used by users in the shape of special shares and with using skilled mine experts and the personel, started as the biggest producer of all kinds of fire proof soil with high quality and with trust in God the skilled management and experts, it can produce trust and satisfaction of users of this soil with producing variety in the production s formula with their needs.
And consective 4 years (1383-1387) as a sample part of the country took fate tablet from mine and industries ministry of Iran and to develop the action of the company in 1383, the fire proof mine bought 5 salt desert and operated it.
And in 1383 the factory of Sadaf hygienic Procelaine of Abadeh and in 1386 the factory of producing Industrial Seramic of Abadeh has established in Industrial Town. And in 1386 to save continues of production with high quality, according to international governor – general that is asked by internal and outer users, studied the process of production and Iron rubbing from fire proof soil and with earning the first demanded results in 1386, started to stablish the fire proof production in Isteghlal mine and the completion of this is doing now. In 1387 did the necessary actions in direction of the settlement of quality management system and doing it/on the basis of IZO 9001.
In 1386 this company changed to public shares with firm belief and scientific ability of it s experts/exploit all it s exertion and search to prove the better goals, so if God wills/with skilled management and some activities such as promotion of the reasons of making best producing process.
Planning of new products/absorption and correction and comparing technology and increasing exploitation with using new applications of all kinds of fire proof soil/provides necessary conditions for continues wellbeing of quantitative qualititative of producing and promotion of the level of technological proportionate with market needs with creatorship in producing new products. This factory have agreements with more than 90 factories with different industrial productions.
3- The introduction of Sadaf the factory of Hygienic Tile producing:
In 1383 this factory is established in a piece of land about 7200 m2 in the north of Fars in Abadeh to produce hygienic Tile producing with capacity of 160 T yearly and with using the best first materials and skilled personel started to work.
This factory has products such as 3 kinds of Iranian toilet and 2 kinds of foreign toilet, 3 kinds of wash stand that was named as Narina and Rasen designs.
With growing the global technology in direction of promotion the industry of Seramic and hygienic tile, this factory is companion with international standards with using of natural potential ability, experience, initiator creatorship in using advanced technology with the best first materials and best package for international markets.
4- The introduction of Industrial Seramic Factory of Abadeh:
In 1386 this factory was established in a piece of land about 15500 m2 in Industrial town in Abadeh of Fars with the goal of producing of all kinds of special Industrial Seramic that are needed of our country with the capacity of more than 3500 T, the most important products of this industrial unit are Anti Acid breaks and tiles/ fire proof fills/ seramics/ weak pressure insulators and traffic rivets.
