The main activity of this company is the production of polyethylene pipes and other polymeric derivatives for manufacturing activities in the plastic industry and similar related items, the purchase of imported materials, machinery, equipment and spare parts for the implementation of the above.
The Company established as a Private Joint Stock Company under a registeration No. 126774 in Tehran on 17 December 1996.
The Company changed its Legal form to be a Public Joint Stock Company on 25 August 2002.
The Company listed in Tehran Stock Exchange on 21 January 2003.
The Company delisted from Tehran Stock Exchange on 8 May 2013.
The Company listed in Iran Fara Bourse on 28 May 2013.
