Technology(R D)
The technology Dep is responsible for compiling all documentation and product development guidelines, and procedures for inspection and evaluation of processes and products.
All designs for casting products, including two-dimensional and three-dimensional design with AutoCad and Catia software, are carried out, and calculations of mechanized system and feeding system are carried out. To obtain reliable results in relation to production components, using ProCast software, analyzes How the freezing and filling profiles are simulated and the virtual production of the piece is done.

In The Company, all processes of product realization are controlled according to the instructions and Specification after the inspection process, the products are allowed to be released to the next stage of the creation.

Social Responsibility
Trash Dust
The Company, in line with its social responsibility in protecting the environment and in order to eliminate industrial pollutants, has used dust and smoke from the melt preparation process, rather than purchasing a drip irrigation system in Canada, in this equipment with regard to suction power Extremely easy to collect dust and smoke from melting furnaces. Wastewater Treatment Plant

Sand Transfer System
