The Company main activity is Study, design, implementation, consulting, management, maintenance and development of all agricultural, animal husbandry, aquatic, beekeeping, greenhouse, plant production, laboratory, water and soil industries, watershed management, agricultural mechanization and pressurized irrigation projects.
The Company was Established as a private joint stock Company and registed under registration Number 3243 on 16 March 2009
The Company Changed it s Legal Formto be Public Joint Stock Company on 26 July 2022.
The Company Listed on Iran Fara Bourse on 21 Febrauray 2022.
The Company (Special Joint Stock Company) is one of the subsidiary companies of Iran Red Crescent Investment Company, which plays an important role in providing food security to our compatriots. This extensive complex consists of 8 agricultural complexes in 3 provinces of Khorasan-Razavi, Khuzestan, Kermanshah and a livestock complex of 4,000 heads in Khorasan-Razavi province. Hilal Kesht and Sanat Company has about 1,900 hectares of high-quality and cultivable agricultural and horticultural lands, and the main center of the company is located in Neishabur, km 12 of the old Sabzevar Serahi Foulad Road.
The presence of more than 1.900 hectares of gardens, agricultural lands and animal husbandry complexes under management and the geographical extent and distribution of areas in three provinces due to the variety of climates has given the company the opportunity to produce all kinds of tropical products and Sardsiri horticulture, agriculture and animal husbandry. This company is proud to play an effective role in helping to ensure the food security of its compatriots with an average annual production of about 20,000 tons of high-quality agricultural products
