The Company was Established as a Public Joint Stock Company on 28 june 2009 and was registered in the commercial registeration under number 350282.
The Company was listed in iran fara bourse 1 March 2011.
The Cultural Heritage and Tourism Investment Group of Iran-Samga Company (symbolized by Samga in Overseas) is the first specialized tourist holding, a mothers specialist and executive arm of the Tourism Finance and Tourism Group. The vision of Samga to the horizon of 1404, becoming a symbol of tourism development in the country and known as one of the three top tourism brands in the region. In this regard, Samga has defined its mission of providing services in various sectors of the development chain of tourism activities; 12 complete chains including identifying, exploring and selecting investment opportunities, creating a partnership structure, investing, attracting contributions from domestic and international investors to tourism investment opportunities, Repair and restoration of historical buildings, branding and exploitation and management of these collections.
