Iran Industrial Development Investment Group Company Public Joint Stock, located in Tehran, was established in January 1375. In May 1378, it was registered in the list of accepted companies in the Tehran Stock Exchange with the symbol Votsa. The company has expanded its investment in various listed and non-listed industries. In 2007, a part of the company's shares was transferred from the Organization of Development and Modernization of Industries of Iran to the provincial investment companies of Equity Equity. In 1390, the management block of the company was handed over to the private sector, specifically to Mehr Credit Financial Institution. Under private sector management, the company optimized its asset structure, resolved legal cases, increased transparency and reporting, diversified its financial assets, and invested in new sectors such as technology and the Internet. These efforts transformed the company from a low-yielding one to a profitable one, gaining recognition in the capital market of Iran.
