The main activity of the company is Investing in shares of investable companies (excluding holding companies and investment companies) in order to make a profit and to the extent that it can independently elect at least one member of the board of directors of the investable company.
The Company was established as a public joint stock company under name Growth, Technology and Research Investment company on 24 April 2005, and was registered in the commercial registeration under number 244244.
The Company changed it s name to be Iranian Falat Industries and Mines Investment Group company public joint stock On 12 Feburary 2007.
The Company was listed in Iran Fara Bourse on 18 March 2012.
