The Company is one of the leading manufacturers of a variety of welding electrodes in Iran, Production, construction, purchase and sale of all welding materials from FABIL welding wire, electrode, welding powder, machines and welding and electric and gas cutting machines.
It was established in Mashhad on 20 February 1977 as a private joint stock company under registary number 27752 and according to the Extraordinary General Assembly the company converted to public joint stock on 2 October 1991 under registery number 7303 and changed it s location frome Tehran to be in Mashhad.
First The company was admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange on 20 February 1995 and become delisted from Tehran Stock Exchange on 20 July 2013.
The Company was transfered to Iran Fara Bourse on 16 September 2013.
The Company was listed in Iran Fara Bourse on 19 August 2013.
The Company started it is activity on 22 may 1986
The production capacity of this unit in the first phase is to produce a variety of welding electrodes, ranging from 12,000 to 900 tons a year. The engineering research unit is in the quest for experienced experts and experienced professionals and extensive laboratory expertise, has received a license from the Ministry of Industry and licensing laboratory approvals from the Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran. The company, as the first manufacturer of electrodes in Iran, has been awarded the standard marking application in Iran, Lloyd s approval from the UK, the approval of Lloyd s Germany, the quality assurance certificate BV (BUREAU VERITAS) from LloydsenGlestan, and international certificates ISO 9001-2000. Norway Has also received DNV (DET NORSKE VERITAS) and France .
