Over 48 years ago in the early days of Iran's industrial revolution on initiative of Mr. M.S. AFSHAR BROTHERS the vertical woolen and worsted factory of Karkhanejat Pashmbafi Afshar (KPA) was inaugurated in Yazd, a city well known for its history of textile production going back hundred of years
The Company extensive testing laboratory and strict quality control has allowed us to produce cloths of world standards with satisfied export customers.
WOOLLEN TEXTILE PRODUCTS
From the start of the establishment of the The Company woolen textile fabricating mills, our policy was based on making ceaseless and continuous attempts to utilize experience and ability of the expert designers, active workforce and local skilful technicians, and making available such woolen pieces goods which would be matchless, and would have such quality to compete with foreign made fabric of the same type .
Now The Company factories are proud of being able to make available ,within a short period ,all types of fabric such as serge (faconne), blankets, overcoat clothing and ladies dressings which are welcomed by all and make the people no more in need of the foreign fabrics.
The woolen blankets of The Company ,which are tinted of different type of dyes ,are contrived in most charming and appealing design and up to the desired sizes and standards , are fabricated from the superior quality merinos wools ,and have drawn the attention of the Iranian families, and thanks to their beauty by which it will decorate all the bed-rooms.
AFSHAR YAZD blankets are fabricated from the superior quality wrested yarn and MORINO wool; hence they are more delicate and warmer.
