Providing financial services including investment financing, portfolio management, financial information processing, supply and acceptance consultant, underwriting, and credit rating
Financial intermediation including banking, insurance, leasing and exchange.
The Company was established as private joint stock company under name Kian Capital Management Company and was registered under a Registration Number 490198 on 16 April 2016.
The Company changed its name from Kian Capital Management Company to Kian Capital Markets Services Group on 26 July 2020.
The Company changed its name again to be Kian Capital Management Company on 26 June 2021.
The Company changed its legal form to be public joint stock company on 30 August 2021.
The Company was listed in tehran stock exchange on 3 October 2021.
