Machine Sazi Tabriz Group Company Public Joint Stock Manufacturer Of Machine Tools (Iran)

The Main Activity Of The Company Is transfer of technology and Manufacture of Original Equipment and Machine Tools with the technological cooperation of European countries in industrial zone, Tabriz City. The key purpose was to manufacture various kind of machine tools, industrial compressors, pumps, electric motors, fork lift, different types of diesel engines, textile machinery etc.
The Company was established as Private Company and registered in the commercial registeration under number 517 On 3 December 1966.
The Company Started it s Activity on 21 March 1972.
The Company Changed it s Legal Form to be Public Joint Stock on 7 May 1997.
The Company was listed in Iran Fara bourse on 4 July 2020.

The plan to establish a Tabriz machinery factory based on the technical and economic cooperation agreement between the governments of Iran and the former Czechoslovakia with the aim of producing various types of machinery, industrial compressors, water pumps, electric motors, lift trucks, diesel engines, textile machinery, was concluded and is in the final stage. It was implemented and the exploitation of this great project began in 1351.
During the implementation of this plan and since 1348, the need for changes in the cooperation program of the two countries was raised by the Iran Industrial Development and Modernization Organization and the desire to absorb the technologies of Western Europe and the United States was considered by the organization s experts, and after that, the plan to produce diesel engines from Machine-building programs were removed and it was decided that it would be implemented by using the technology of western countries and building a new factory next to the Tabriz machine-building factory.
From 1349 and before practical operation, the expansion organization emphasized the production of machinery with the license of Czechoslovakia for Tabriz Machinery Company and predicted the rest of the products in the initial plan with the cooperation and participation of Western and American countries and under the title of projects The development of machine building in Tabriz and with the technology of the above countries is coming to a stage. Following this planning, for the production of water pumps, with the K.S.B company of Germany, and subsequently for the production of industrial compressors, with an English company, and for the production of electric motors with the American GOLD company, as well as lift trucks and diesel engines with another English company, a contract was concluded.
