The Main Activity of the Company is Participation in plans for the construction of power plant , the productio , sale of electric energy by purchasing,Establishment of a power plant, including water and refrigeration,Implement all structures and buildings in all engineering disciplines,Supply of hardware equipment and also Perform all commercial activities.
The Company was Established as a private joint stock company under a registration number 298226 on 22 May 2007 .
The Company changed its legal form to be public joint stock company On 15 February 2015.
The Company was listed in Iran Fara bourse market B On1 May 2016 and Its stock has been traded for the first time on 3 October 2016.

This Company the first Iranian private company in the field of power generation investment, by using highly experienced.
It currently owns all or part of 13 active power plants.Moreover, thanks to the governments' policies of supporting renewable energy, the group has expanded its activities in clean energy and so far has constructed wind farms and hydro power plants with the capacity of more than 366 MW in total of which 68 MW has been operational since the beginning of 2018.
Another sector in which The Group has entered, is Oil Gas including commodities trading. The group is currently pursuing several projects including LNG project, which is the first mid-scale LNG production and export facility in Iran.
The Company also pays particular attention to promote corporate social responsibility and has widely cooperated with social institutions, both in the areas the projects have been implemented and other parts of the country.
The Company has always emphasized to both use and set best practices in various fields.. One of The Company's key policies is to maintain its agility through outsourcing operations as much as possible.
The Company began its activity in the field of thermal power plants with the project of Rudshur power plant with 792 MW in the first phase.
In 2007, for the first time in the country, one of the largest national power plant projects in the private sector were used by installing three F-class gas units.
Currently after about 11 years, with the provision of financial resources and the use of the maximum capacity and ability of domestic experts and cooperation with foreign companies, the installed capacity of the thermal power plants of the subsidiary and affiliated companies of The Company is about 3,700 MW, which is Equivalent to 4.5 percent of the total domestic electricity.
The Company's power plants consist of various large and small capacities of gas and combined cycle units. In order to build these plants, in addition to providing power to the needy areas of the country, the direct involvement of global companies and the transfer of new global experiences and strengthening self-confidence for the country's electricity industry have been noted.
Oil Gas Division
The oil and gas field, as the main Iranian industry and development axis of Iran has always been under the focus of investors. Therefore, in recent years, in order to diversify the Group activities, this scope is at the forefront of the company management.
Taking into account the existing international commitments and approvals, the forecast of the Group is that in the near future, green hydrocarbons will be used by the downstream industries where natural gas and low sulfur hydrocarbons are amongst these products. Therefore, the company's goals have been shaped by activities in the aforementioned fields. In addition, entry into the downstream field of the petrochemical industry is one of the main programs of this division.
The Oil Gas Division is currently involved in two below projects:
LNG production and export
Desulfurization of heavy fuel oils
Investigating of the other potential oil and gas projects, which meet the standards of the of The Group, is also a main activity of this division.
