The Company was changed its legal form to be public Joint Stock company on 14 December 1994.
The Company was listed in Tehran stock exchange on 28 January 1995
The Company was delisted in Tehran stock exchange on 11 August 2012.
The Company was listed in Iran Fara Bourse exchange market on 27 November 2012.
