The Company was established as a private joint stock company with name PASTEURIZED AND STERILIZED DAIRY FACTORY on 27 november 1977 then the company changed its name to be PEGAH FARS DAIRY COMPANY on 19 july 2003 and was registed under a registration number 14944 on 8 march 2004
The Company was changed its legal form to be public joint stock company on 19 august 2007.
The Company was listed in iran fara bourse on 4 October 2015.
