The main activity of the Company is investing in shares, equity shares, the investment units of mutual funds or other securities with voting rights in companies, institutions or investment funds for profitability in a manner that a person cannot, alone or with his/its related parties assume the control of the company, institution or the investee mutual fund, nor does it/he exert any substantial influence.
The Company established as a Private Joint Stock Company under rgisteration number 217510 also started its activity on 23 February 2004.
The Company changed its Legal Form to be a public Joint Stock Company On 3 September 2016.
The Company listed on Iran Fara Bourse On 24 February 2020.
