The main activity of The Company since its establish was MANUFACTURE OF INDUSTRIAL MACHINES, METAL ROOFS AND SEMI-LIGHT PROFILES on 20 February 1964 then the Company The Company changed its activity MAKING THICK AND THIN STEEL PIPES USING POWER AND SPIRAL WELDING METHODS FOR OIL, GAS, PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRIES on 22 July 2011
The Company was established with the name of Fathi And Sons Mnachinary Factory on 20 February 1964.
The Company was registered under registration number 33302 On 8 November 1965 .
On 16 July 1967 the Company changed its registration number to be 11607 and changed its name to be Iran Semi-light Profile and Pipe Producer company .
On 28 June 1968 the Company changed its name and legal form to be Half-light Profile Factories Company Private Joint Stock .
On 15 May 1976 the Company changed its legal form to be a Public Joint Stock Company.
On 26 August 1989 the Company changed its name be Sadid Industrial Group Company public joint stock .
The Company was listed in Tehran Stock Exchange On 20 February 1996 .
The Company was delisted from Tehran stock Exchange on 23 August 2014.
The Company was listed in Iran Fara Bourse On 6 September 2014.

The company holds a bright record with more than half a century of experience in different energy related fields such as oil, gas,petrochemical and water .
holding 17 subsidiaries including manufacturing mills and contracting / trading companies such as mills manufacturing large diameter steel pipes to transfer oil products, gas and water /manufacturing sea establishments, mega pumps and mega wind and water turbines constructing refineries, power plants / producing sugar and sugar cane , Sadid Industrial Group has made all their efforts to provide a service to the society .
to pay attention to the oil, gas and petrochemicals area, water and power area arising from human severe need, steel which is the beginning of the industry and the specific approach towards the new and renewable energy, reducing pollution and clean energy usage and considering Iran's unique advantage in such areas resulted in Sadid Group activities to be strategically formed and continued around the afore mentioned industries in order to provide a service to the society .
