Sobhan Investment Public Joint Stock Company (Iran)

The main activity of The Company is the investment in shares, units of investment funds or other securities with voting rights of companies, institutions or investment funds and participation in companies and manufacturing and industrial projects, commercial, services and any financial operations.
The Company was stablished as private Joint Stock under name Bhdvsh Company and registed under a registeration number 49483 on 11 October 1983
The Company changed its name to be Subhan Agricultural Development and Expansion on 9 March 1989 Changed it again to be Sobhan Agricultural Development Company on 15 October 1996 and finally its name changed to be Sobhan Investment Company on 3 September 2003
The Company started its activity on 22 September 2004.
The Company changed its legal form to be a public Joint Stock company on 8 September 2004
The Company was listed in Iran Fara Bourse on 23 August 2015 .
