The Main Activity Of The Company are Establishment of industrial factories for production of metal buildings and their parts, exploitation of them and provision of necessary supplies and materials and any other type of industrial and production affairs and commercial transactions are within the scope of the company s activity and participation and investment in other manufacturing and commercial companies.

The Company Established under name Iran Steel Buildings Joint Stock Company on 21 March 1964 , and registed on the commercial registeration under No. 9550 on 12 November 1964.
The Comapny changed its name to Suliran Company on 21 March 1977.
The Comapny changed its Legal to be a Public Joint Stock Company on 21 March 1976.
The Company was listed on Tehran Stock Exchange on 21 April 1994.
The Company was delisted from Tehran Stock Exchange on 20 May 2013.
The Company was listed on Iran FaraBourse Base Market B on 28 May 2013.
