The Company has been Established as a private Joint Stock Company and was Registed under Registeration Number 31478 on 21 november 2011 .
The Company was changed it s legal form to be public joint stock company on 8 june 2015.
The Company was listed on Iran Fara bourse on 1 January 2018.

The Company has started its activity in field of producing canned tomato after buying Shahdab firm. The production capacity was about 200 tons of tomato each day. The Company start to invest and buy the other company in vicinity which produce mayonnaise sauce in 2009. In 2004 and 2005 it has start the production of fruit juice and tea. After the company bought advanced machinery from Italy the production of canned tomato hit a peak of 1500 tons in each day.
