The Company was established and was registered under a registration number 57065 on 8 August 1985.
The Company started it s activity on 23 September 1985.
The Company changed it s address and its registration number into 859 on 21 May1993
The Company changed it s legal form to be Public Joint Stock Company On 12 November 2000.
The Company was listed in Iran Fara Bourse on 31 January 2016.
The Company is a subset of Islamic Revolution Mostazafan Foundation.
The Company is graded as one of commercial units of Pars Holding Company.
The Company succeeded to achieve ISO 9001 certificate in 2008.

The increasing trend of milk production, The company include 30 hectares dairy farm with more than 7000 head producing 135 ton milk daily with record of 38 kg per cow. Total annual product is about 50000 tons quality milk supplied to different valid dairy companies.
Milk production trend is shown below representing 10 percent increase in milk production from 28587 in 2017 in comparison to 44163 tons in 2017.
Agronomy
Alfalfa
Alfalfa (Medicago sativa), is a perennial and herbaceous for
age from Leguminosae family. It has a deep root system which normally lives six to eight years. Due to high nutritional value Alfalfa is considered the premier forage of dairy cows. Additionally, it can also be made into silage by harvesting the forage and storing it in a silo while it is still moist, where it is preserved in a process called fermentation. Alfalfa is an important rotation crop as it adds nitrogen to soil and improves soil structure for future crops. Unlike other crops, alfalfa does not need nitrogen fertilizer. Nodules on alfalfa roots contain bacteria that take nitrogen gas from the air and convert it to nitrogen plants can use. In another words, legumes such as alfalfa convert atmospheric nitrogen into forms that plants can use. This process is called nitrogen fixation. Alfalfa can be cut from 3-11times which totally the yield would be 14-18 ton/ha.
Rapeseed
Rapeseed (Brassica napus) from Brassicaceae family is one of the most important oil seed plants which used in ruminant diet. Cultivation begins in early November with plowing ground. For nutrition management, 20-20-20 fertilizer and Urea are sued. Aphid is its one of pets which is controlled by different pesticides. Total annual water requirement is 4700 cubic square. Rapeseed is harvested in June with yield of 2.5-3.5 ton/ha.
Barely
Barley (Hordeum vulgare), an annual plant a member of the Poaceae family, is a major cereal grain grown in Iran as food. Barley has been used for human nutrition as well as animal fodder. It is overwhelmingly considered as carbohydrates and protein sources in livestock feed. Protein content is preferred more than 12 for livestock forage. Harvesting time should be decided when barley stem becomes dry enough to be broken by hand easily in semi-arid and arid areas. In 2016, barley was ranked fourth among grains in quantity produced (141 milliontonnes) behindmaize, rice and wheat. The cultivation begins in October by plowing the ground. Covering by humic acid and biofertilizer, the seeds are planted 180 kg/ha. The annual amount of water requirement in Barely is 5000 cubic meters. Based on different factores, the yield would be between 4.5-5.5 ton/ha.
