The main activity of the Company is Manufacture and export, sale of pharmaceutical, health, cosmetics and chemical products, purchase of imported machine for production, packaging, modification or industrial change of materials, both inside or outside the country, preparation and purchase or import of raw materials in general, including raw materials Raw or half-made, etc.
The Company was established as a limtid ltd company under name LABORATUVAR MAYSIN COMPANY LIMITID on 22 April 1955 registered under registration number 4763 on 22 May 1955.
The Company changed its name to be Tehran Darou Companypublic joint stock on 24 May 1983.
The Company changed its legal form to be Private Joint Stock Company on 30 April 1986. and changed its again to be Public Joint Stock Company on 3 December1997.
The Company was listed in Tehran Stock Exchange on 21 March 1998 delisted from It on 23 July 2013.
The Company was listed in Iran Fara bourse on 16 September 2013
The Companyُs shares were traded in Tehran Stock Exchange for the first time on 4 September 1999 On 21 January 2014 the company s stock transactions were transferred to Iran Fara bourse
