The Main Activity Of the Company is Financing the customer by providing goods, both movable and immovable, by the company and handing it over to the customer only in the form of one of the lease agreements, subject to ownership and sale in installments within the framework of interest-free banking operations, bylaws and related instructions.
The Company was established under name Faraz Arg Trading and Services Company private Joint Stock and was Registed under Registeration number 247560 on 30 May 2005 .
The Company changed its name to be Iranian Trade Goods Development Company on 4 November 2006
The Company was changed its legal form to be Public Joint Stock Company on16 February 2012.
The Company changed its name to be Iranian Trade Investment Development Company on 16 February 2012.
The Company changed its name again to be Vaspari Iranian Trade Investment Development Company on 25 May 2019 .
The Company was listed in Iran Fara Bourse on 6 March 2013.
