Jordan Mortgage Refinancing Company was created in 1996 in Amman to provide financing solutions to companies and individuals who wish to restructure their mid and long term mortgage loans. The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Jordan’s Central Bank supported the establishment of this bank in order to promote the development of housing finance and capital markets in Jordan and provide solutions and partnership with the local Islamic banks.
