Middle East Holding (Public Shareholding Co) (Jordan)

The Company is a holding company.
Among its goals:
Managing its subsidiaries or participating in the management of other companies in which it contributes.
Invest its money in stocks, bonds and securities.
Providing loans, guarantees and financing for its affiliated companies
Owning, exploiting and leasing patents, trademarks, franchises, and other moral rights to its affiliates or others.
For the above purposes, the company has the right to own, buy, lease, exchange, rent or mortgage any movable or immovable funds or any rights or privileges it deems necessary for its purposes, in particular any lands, buildings, works, machines, work, or goods, or dispose of them in all ways, provided that it is not Own land just to trade it.
To borrow and lend funds necessary for its business and projects in excess of its needs, and to obtain funds in the manner it deems appropriate from inside and outside within the laws and regulations in force
Establishing subsidiary companies and owning shares or stakes in other public joint stock companies, limited liability companies, private joint stock companies, or partnerships limited by shares.
The Company was established on 19-2-2020 and listed on Amman stock exchange on 9-6-2021
