Specialized Investment Compounds Company Public Shareholding Company (Jordan)

Jordan-based Specialized Investment Compounds Company, or Al Tajamouat, is the owner and operator of Al Tajamouat Industrial City. The city, launched in 1997 in the vicinities of the Amman, offers to the investors developed lands and buildings that are serviced with the necessary infrastructure to facilitate the establishment of their investment projects. Al Tajamouat was founded in 1994 to engage in real estate investment and development. The company constructs and sells a range of industrial and commercial buildings, as well as custom made facilities. It also provides a range of services, such as maintenance, cleaning, security and catering services, and manages restaurants, supermarkets, medical and healthcare centers. The company has five affiliated companies, Al Tajamouat Warehousing and Logistics Company, Al Tajamouat Catering and Housing Company, Al Tajamouat for Touristic Projects, Al Tajamouat Investment Company – Egypt and Al Tajamouat Investment Company - Qatar. The Qatari and Egyptian companies were set up to develop industrial cities in their countries.
