National Electrical Grid of Kyrgyzstan JSC was established on 7 September2001 as a result of reorganizatiotof Kyrgyzenergo JSC. During 2001 division of Kyrgyzenergo was formed in accordance with long-term governmental program Reorganization and privatization of Kyrgyzenergo JSC appointed by the decision of GovernmentNs 333 dated 5 July 1998. As aresult of reorganization,Kyrgyzenergo JSC was divided into seven newly formed companies, becoming successors of assets and liabilities, as well as operating activity of Kyrgyzenergo JSC. Shareholders of Kyrgyzenergo JSC received equivalent share in newly formed companies.
The Company initially registered on 25 December 2001, certificate Ns 16742-3301-40 and reincorporated on 16 May 2007, certificate Ns I 6742-3300-40.
