The Contract Research Organization (CRO) segment is involved in the provision of testing of biological equivalence testing services, and clinical trial services. The Clinical trial services include product management, monitoring, clinical testing services, data management and statistical analysis services, as well as medical writing services for submission of permission documents. The Genome Analysis segment is engaged in the provision of customized genome analysis services and the manufacture and sale of diagnostic kits. The products are sold under the name of Bio-Core. The Company was founded on May 30,2001. and its shares are listed on KOREA NEW EXCHANGE(KONEX) on May 30,2001.
