The Company is a Korea-based manufacturer mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of fluid products and sealing products used as automobile parts. The Company operates in three business divisions: automobile part, rubber material and industrial rubber division. Its automobile part division provides hoses, including air conditioning hoses, power steering return hoses, power steering pressure hoses, fuel hoses, radiator hoses, brake vacuum hoses, heater hoses, fuel filter hoses, hydraulic brake hoses and intercooler hoses, and weather strips, consisting of front glass moldings, hood/seal weather strips, sun roof weather strips, rear glass moldings, fixed weather strips, door opening weather strips, door seal/drip weather strips, trunk lids and others. Its rubber material division provides carbon master batches (CMBs), thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) and silicones. Its industrial rubber division provides sheets, belts, rubber fenders and others. The Company was founded on September 15, 1978 and its shares are listed on Korea Stock Exchange on February 22, 1991.
