Sales increased 22.1% over the preceding year with sales of newly started LCD modules and navigation device. Operating loss was posted with slow sales of existing PDP line and increased investment in newly started navigation device line. Financial stability degraded from the preceding year as fund shortage persisted even after CBs issued overseas though the company had previously maintained no borrowing management. Sales will grow as business is diversified into development and production of electronic, electric and multimedia related products. Inferior profitability may continue with slow PDP sales and steady investment planned. Fund operation efficiency will be enhanced with interest expenses reduced by early repayment of CBs issued overseas.
