The Company s products consist of solar photovoltaic equipment, including thin film solar cell systems (CIGSs), organic thin film solar cells (OPVs), laser scribers and others; organic light emitting diode (OLED) manufacturing equipment, including OLED deposition and encapsulation systems, and sputters; liquid crystal display (LCD) manufacturing equipments, including photo spacer inspection systems (PSISs), halftone and critical dimension measurement systems, align measurement systems, mask particle inspection systems, sealant disconnection inspection and repair systems, grind and laser repair equipment and pattern thickness measurement systems (PTMSs), and semiconductor testing equipment. The Company was established on February 20, 1998. The Company share was listed on the Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System ( KOSDAQ ) on January 25, 2005.
